The study completed by Ihsan Al-Malaika on Jalal al-Din al-Rumi embodies a type of reception of Sufi discourse. A pattern conditioned by its cognitive time and its guidelines, revealing a starting point within the multiplicity of starting points that controlled the study of this discourse and the encapsulation of perceptions about it. The perception, which this study implied regarding its subject, appears to be based on approaches that interpreted the behavior from outside it according to provisions that these approaches justified by relying on the political background, and on modern science on the other hand. However, this perception, restricted by its cognitive time, appeared in some stages of the study, as if it was beginning to separate from its directives whenever the researcher delved into the secrets of the Sufi experience of Jalal al-Din al-Rumi.
